21st Century SKILLS
We live in a century where the living conditions, the development of knowledge and change are at a dizzying pace. Almost the only thing that remains constant is change itself. People's needs, priorities and learning abilities are changing. Although the skills and values of previous years continue to be important, they need to have 21st Century skills in order to have a job in the information age. Such as entrepreneurship and self-management, in-depth and critical thinking, ability to produce innovative solutions, collaboration and teamwork, ability to communicate clearly with different tools, learning changing and developing technologies, and ultimately managing and digesting the ever-increasing flow of information. The changing conditions of the world require students to be flexible, take initiative, and develop new and useful products. At this point, we encounter 21st century skills. These skills express the high-level skills and learning tendencies that students need to acquire and develop in order to be successful in the 21st century, that is, the information age. As an association, we prepare learning environments where guest students coming to our country can gain these skills in order to prepare them for the 21st century and beyond.
